The facilities for your valuables and sentimental items are within a secure indoor environment with 24hr CCTV, alarm systems and lighting. You are able to drive your vehicle up to the room doors, where you can unload and collect your items. This set up is so convenient for you, there is no unloading of your goods onto a trolley and taking them along corridors and unloading all your items again. Big Bear Storage is designed for your convenience and less stress and strain on your back! Big Bear Storage offers you self storage for all your requirements. All our customers are important to us, whether you are a home owner, business or student. Personal service is given to each customer, whose needs are always met with a friendly, caring approach.

Booking

You will need to bring with you photocopies of ID. One of the following is acceptable: passport or driving licence. We also need to see a copy of a recent utility bill. Provide your bank details so we can organise payment. We will ask for a security deposit in advance (equivalent to 28 days rent), which will be refunded at the end of your storage time with Big Bear Storage as long as all is in order. We require payment in advance at all times. Please read our full terms and conditions. These form a basis of an agreement between Big Bear Storage and you as a customer.

Insurance

As Big Bear Storage is not a regulated financial advisor we are not able to arrange insurance for your items whilst in storage. By contacting your existing insurance company items that are going into storage need to be covered under an ‘all risks cover’. Big Bear Storage requires that all its customers insure their goods whilst they are in storage with us. However, you can obtain immediate insurance cover online with www.insurastore.com.. An itemised inventory of all your goods needs to be presented to Big Bear Storage when booking in.
