30 DAY RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with your Big Bear Storage packing supplies purchase. However, should you wish to return any items bought from us, we will be happy to offer a full refund provided the products are returned to us unopened, unused and in a fully re-saleable condition* within 30 days of delivery. Your refund will be processed to your credit card within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Delivery is non-refundable except in instances of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods supplied.
*This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR UNWANTED GOODS
Returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you return your goods adequately protected in order to reach us in a re-saleable condition using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and is trackable/signed for.
Please complete the returns form provided with your order and return your items to the following address:

In the event that you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods from us, please contact us on 01293 851065 within 24 hours. If the goods are damaged, we will require photographic evidence within 3 days of delivery which should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org complete with your online order reference. Once we have been duly notified and any necessary evidence received, we will arrange collection of the goods and issue you with a full refund (including delivery) or an exchange delivered free of charge to the original address.
We reserve the right not to refund damaged goods which have been used and which have not been reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
